Cancellation Policy Reservations cancelled 24 hours before a driver has been dispatched will not be charged.

Reservations that are cancelled with in the 24 hour dispatch period will be charged a 50% cancelled on location and surcharge.

All Round trip reservations are final a 50% service charge will apply if cancel no EXCEPTION. A full fare will be charged after the driver has been dispatched.

If a customer can not locate their driver it is the customer's responsibility to call us . All efforts to contact a customer via cell numbers and all other contact information will be made before our driver is released and a trip is deemed a NO SHOW reservation.
